Classes to resume on the North Haven and York Hill campuses Oct. 31; Mount Carmel Campus to remain closed Oct. 31

Classes will resume on the North Haven and York Hill campuses at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31. The North Haven and York Hill campuses never lost electricity during the storm. All faculty and staff who work on the North Haven and York Hill campuses are expected to report to work.

The Mount Carmel Campus, which has been operating without commercial power since just before 6 p.m. on Oct. 29, will remain closed on Wednesday, Oct. 31. All classes scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 31 on the Mount Carmel Campus have been canceled. All offices on the Mount Carmel Campus will remain closed.

Several residence halls, the dining hall, Tator Hall and the Carl Hansen Student Center on the Mount Carmel Campus have been operating on generator power since the campus lost commercial power. United Illuminating is working to restore power.
