Professors Linda Meyer, Sarah Russell included in Hartford Courant story about how they helped the state sentencing commission

Linda Meyer, professor of law, and Sarah Russell, assistant professor of law, were mentioned in a Hartford Courant article about how they’ve assisted the Connecticut Sentencing Commission prepare recommendations to present to state lawmakers regarding revised prison sentence guidelines for juveniles.

In addition, Meyer was quoted about “one of the richest and most rewarding experiences” she has ever had.
