School of Education accreditors seek third-party comments in advance of March 2014 visit

Fair Haven Junior High School 2013The School of Education at Quinnipiac University is hosting an accreditation visit by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) in March 2014.

Interested parties are invited to submit third-party comments to the visiting team. Both NCATE and Quinnipiac recognize graduates, parents, schools and community organizations have valuable perspectives on the quality of the programs that prepare teachers and school leaders.

Interested parties are invited to submit written testimony on the School of Education to:

Please note that comments must address substantive matters related to the quality of professional education programs offered at Quinnipiac and should specify the respondent’s relationship, if any, to the institution (i.e., graduate, present or former faculty member, employer of graduates). Copies of all correspondence received will be sent to Quinnipiac for comment prior to the review. No anonymous testimony will be considered.

Letters of comment should be received no later than Dec. 31, 2013.
